Product overview
Vimsen Exim's washed low EC coco peat 5 kg block is our most exported grade. Coir pith sourced from Tamil Nadu's coir belt is screened to 0 – 6 mm, washed through multiple fresh-water cycles until EC reads 0.5 – 0.7 mS/cm, sun-dried and hydraulically pressed into a dense 30 × 30 × 12 – 15 cm block. Each block expands to 70 – 75 litres of clean, fibrous growing medium with high water-holding capacity and good air porosity.
It is the grade independently tested by the Coir Board's Central Coir Research Institute, and every export batch is tested again for EC, pH, moisture and sand before loading. Need a tighter EC target? Tell us — extra wash cycles can bring a batch closer to your number, and we confirm the result before you commit.
