Coir pith washed in fresh water to bring EC down to 0.5–0.7 mS/cm, then pressed into 5 kg blocks that expand to about 75 L (15 L/kg). Tested by the Coir Board's research institute at EC 0.64 mS/cm.
Overview
This is the grade most greenhouse growers, nurseries and potting-mix makers ask for. Natural salts are flushed out with fresh water, so the substrate starts at a known, moderate EC and your nutrient programme stays in control.
We source it from partner manufacturing units in Tamil Nadu's coir belt and measure EC, pH and moisture on every lot before it is packed.

Questions about this product
It is washed cocopeat at 0.5–0.7 mS/cm. Many suppliers call this range low EC. If your crop needs EC below 0.5 mS/cm, ask for our buffered grade, which we quote only after a lot tests below 0.5.
You receive the lot test report and a pre-shipment video showing an EC meter reading before you pay the balance. Our washed grade was also tested independently by the Coir Board's research institute (EC 0.64 mS/cm).
