Sample from the lot we propose
We send a sample block from the actual lot, not a showroom sample, with its EC, pH and moisture readings.

Lot test report
Before production is loaded you receive the lot test report. If the lot misses the agreed spec, we do not ship it.

Pre-shipment video
A video of the blocks, an EC meter reading, container stuffing and the seal number, sent before the balance payment.

Documents before balance
You see draft invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and copies of the bill of lading and phytosanitary certificate, before the final payment.

Our bank details only come from info@vimsenexim.com and are confirmed on a phone call. Never pay to details sent any other way.
Destination checklist
Plant-health rules are set by the importing country. Send us your import permit or conditions and we prepare the documents to match.

Shipping questions
Yes. We quote FOB Tuticorin or Chennai, or CIF to your port. Freight is confirmed with a forwarder quote on the day we quote you.
We arrange it through India's plant-quarantine authority as part of export clearance, together with fumigation where your destination requires it.
Yes. You can appoint your own inspection agency, and we send a pre-shipment video in any case.
