Everything buyers ask before their first order — how we manufacture, how we test, which grade suits your crop, and answers to common questions.
Quality is checked after screening, after washing, after drying and again before pressing — not just once at the end.

The beater's outlet conveyor extracts the loosened pith, separating it from the coarser fibre.
Extracted pith passes through a screener that filters out sand, grit and oversized particles.
Pith for our Low EC grade is repeatedly washed with fresh water drawn from the Vashista Nadhi, the river running along our facility, flushing out natural salts.
Washed (and separately, unwashed High EC) pith is sun-dried in our open yard to a 10–15% moisture level.
Dried, tested pith is fed into our hydraulic compression line and pressed into dense 5 kg blocks (30 × 30 × 12–15 cm).
Every batch is tested with a calibrated EC meter, plus pH and moisture, before it's cleared for packing.
Blocks are packed in bulk (loose floor loading) or palletized bundle packing and stuffed into the container.
Loaded containers move by road to the port and travel by sea to reach our buyers, with shipment documents prepared and shared as soon as the container is booked.
Four figures decide whether a batch is fit for your crop: EC, pH, moisture and sand content.
| Use case | Grade |
|---|---|
| Hydroponics & seedling trays | Low EC |
| Potting mix blends | Low or High EC |
| Soil amendment / animal bedding | High EC |
Commercial invoice, packing list and Certificate of Origin are prepared for every shipment, in line with our DGFT IEC registration. A Certificate of Analysis covering EC, pH, moisture and sand for the specific batch is available on request.
Every crop has different root-zone needs. Here's a starting point — tell us your crop and we'll confirm the best-fit grade.
High water retention and balanced aeration for vigorous root development and consistent fruit production.
Fast-growing vine crop that benefits from the consistent drainage and aeration of washed coco peat.
Balanced moisture retention and a stable root zone for uniform growth and quality fruit.
Fine, low-EC substrate suited to hanging gutters and pot systems common in strawberry production.
Light, fast-draining medium for trays and small containers — ideal for home and small-grower setups.
Where background salinity isn't a limiting factor and cost efficiency matters more than EC precision.
Low EC coco peat is washed with fresh water to leach out natural salts, bringing electrical conductivity below 0.5 mS/cm — the grade most hydroponics and nursery growers specify. High EC (natural, unwashed) retains those salts and suits buyers who blend it into soil mixes, use it for amendment, or manage EC themselves.
5,200 blocks on bulk floor loading (approximately 26 metric tons), or 4,620 blocks palletized in bundle packing (approximately 23 metric tons). We confirm the exact count against your target tonnage before booking.
Sand content is held under 2% through mechanical sieving before pressing. Moisture is dried down to a 10–15% level — low enough for stable storage and shipping, without being over-dried.

Our standard export unit is a full 40 ft container. If you're looking to trial a smaller quantity first, get in touch and we'll discuss what's workable.
We typically ship FOB from Chennai or Tuticorin port, and can discuss CIF or other Incoterms depending on your requirements — tell us your preferred terms when you request a quote.
Get in touch with your target specification — block dimensions, EC grade, or packaging requirements — and we'll confirm what's achievable and quote accordingly.
Lead time depends on order size, EC grade, and our current production schedule. We'll confirm a specific timeline once we understand your order.
We can share batch test results and, for larger orders, arrange a video walkthrough of production before you commit to a container.
